The Best of British Dinners

The opportunities to try more British classics will continue at dinnertime, from a plate of delicious golden fish and chips with ‘mushy peas’, to ‘Bangers and Mash’ - a dish containing sausages, mashed potato, cabbage and peas coated in gravy.

You will be wanting to tell all your friends about ‘Shepherd’s Pie’ - minced lamb with gravy and vegetables topped in oven-roasted mashed potato - and ‘Toad in the Hole’, a dish which contains sausages wrapped in a fluffy batter and topped with gravy.

‘Beef / Mushroom Wellington’ - a pastry-dish named after the Duke of Wellington following his victory at Waterloo in 1815 - will also feature on our menus as will a traditional roast dinner, the perhaps most classic of British classics.

We cannot wait for you to try it.
